Subject to proper installation & normal use, Free Jump warrants, subject to the limitations stated below, to the original retail purchase for residential use only. All accessories to be free of defects in material & workmanship for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase.

THE FREE JUMP® TRAMPOLINE WARRANTY COVERAGE DESCRIBED HEREIN LASTS ONLY AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER OWNS THE PRODUCT & TERMINATES IF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER SELLS OR OTHERWISE TRANSFERS THE PRODUCT. Free Jump

recommends that the original retail purchaser affix the original sales receipt to the Product manual & retain these documents.

The Free Jump Limited Warranty is valid only if the Product:

• is erected in conformity with the installation instructions furnished by Free Jump using approved parts;

• is maintained & inspected in accordance with instructions from Free Jump;

• has been subjected to normal residential use & normal trampoline related activities;

• has Not been subjected to vandalism, misuse, neglect or accident;

• has Not been subjected to unauthorized addition or substitution of parts not approved by Free Jump; &

• has Not been modified, altered, or repaired by persons other than Free Jump or its designers in respect which, in the sole judgment of Free Jump, affects the condition or operation of the product.

Failure to abide by any of these conditions may void the Free Jump Limited Warranty.

The Free Jump Limited Warranty does not cover: (1) cosmetic damage or defects, such as paint, rusted parts, surface scratches, dents, marring, fading, discoloration, or cracks that do not affect the functionality of the Product; (2) damage due to normal wear & tear; (3) damage due to “acts of God”, including, but not limited to, hail, flooding, lightning, tornadoes, sandstorms, earthquakes, & windstorms; & (4) damage due to “environmental factors:, such as wind-blown sand, salt water spray & airborne emissions from industrial sources (sulfur, acids, or corrosive chemicals, other than photochemical smog).

Free Jump Trampoline guarantees all parts as below:

10 Year Warranty: complete trampoline frame including all frame-poles & rods

10 Year Warranty: Trampoline mat/net (excluding print fading) & net poles.

12 Months Warranty: All Free Jump accessories e.g. basketball hoop & ladder.

Due to the metal’s properties, when the aluminum rods are overloaded by user, some of the rods may be slightly deformed. Rods, if slightly deformed are not covered under our warranty. They do no affect the functionality of the trampoline.

Free Jump reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of the Product, or component parts thereof, claimed to be in disposition of the warranty claim. If applicable, merchandise returned to the Free Jump factory for examination or recovery must be shipped freight prepaid, unless Free Jump issues a Return Authorization number.

Register Your Free Jump Trampoline online at register.freejumptrampoline.com to verify your original ownership of your Trampoline. Your Free Jump Exclusive Warranty is non-transferable.

Your sales receipt will be needed to make a warranty claim. Free Jump may ask you for photos for your warranty claim. Shipping & labor costs are not covered under this warranty. Warranty claims will be repaired or replaced as determined by Free Jump.

Free Jump assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages which may arise from the purchase or use of the trampoline. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty provides you with legal rights, which vary from state to state.

No warranty is offered on equipment subject to abuse, negligence, improper installation or attachment to equipment other than our own, or improper use, service or repair by customer or any third part. Please supervise your children’s play activity & maintain your trampoline periodically.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: FREE JUMP DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON OR ENTITY TO OFFER ANY OTHER WARRANTIES FOR FREE JUMP® TRAMPOLINES. NO OTHER WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR USE, EXPRESSED

OR IMPLIED, CAN REPLACE THIS WARRANTY. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED CAN REPLACE THIS WARRANTY. OUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY IS DIRECTLY FROM FREE JUMP TRAMPOLINES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
